The Operations Control Center (OCC) is the main location from which all equipment components are controlled and operational decisions are made regarding both routine and non-routine operations. The facility also serves as the coordination point for all operational decisions affecting rail service. This coordination typically involves both internal staff and external stakeholders, as well as emergency response agencies. SEPSAMEDHA has developed the software tools and onboard equipment for monitoring, controlling, and commanding the entire system, including the management of train fleets.
