SEPSAMEDHA is pleased to announce that in October 2021 it was selected by RENFE Viajeros, to carry out the implementation of the onboard equipment ASFA DIGITAL VERSION 4.0 in 335 vehicles from its fleet.
ASFA (Automatic Signal Announcement and Braking) is a driver assistance system that performs speed monitoring, warning, and automatic vehicle stopping functions to comply with the safety parameters established by ADIF, allowing the driver to anticipate events along the route. Version 4.0 will bring new functionalities compared to previous versions, adapting to the new track infrastructure.
SEPSAMEDHA is an approved provider of this #railway safety system, with its own software and hardware development.
